Choosing where to scan

Decloner looks for duplicate files in the folders you choose and all contained folders.

To add folders to the list of folders to scan for duplicate files, do one of the following:

Click the plus button below the folder list and choose one or more folders using the standard File Open panel. Hold down ⌘ while clicking to select multiple folders.

Press ⌘O and select folders using the standard File Open panel. Hold down ⌘ while clicking to select multiple folders.

Drag and drop folders from Finder onto the folder list.

To remove folders from the list, do one of the following:

Select one or more folders in the list and click the minus button below. Hold down ⌘ while clicking to select multiple folders.

Select one or more folders in the list and press the Delete key (⌫). Hold down ⌘ while clicking to select multiple folders.

Decloner will remember folders you chose even if you close and re-open it.

The default folder is your home folder. If the folder you chose earlier disappears, Decloner removed it from list.
